Construction
The chamber exterior is manufactured using CRCA steel, Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316/SS316L), or Galvanized steel as per application requirements. The internal chamber is fabricated from mirror-finish stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and durability. The insulated chamber structure is designed using high-grade non-hygroscopic mineral wool insulation to ensure thermal efficiency and operational stability. The front door includes a toughened glass observation window, heavy-duty locking mechanism, and interlocking safety system.
