Construction

LABTRONXIED INC Conditioning Chambers are constructed using high-quality SS304 stainless steel interiors with smooth mirror-finish surfaces for corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. The exterior body is fabricated from heavy-duty mild steel with an electrostatic powder-coated finish for superior durability and long-term performance. The chamber structure is fully insulated using high-density mineral wool/glass wool insulation to ensure maximum thermal efficiency and minimal heat loss. The chamber is equipped with heavy-duty insulated doors featuring multi-pane glass viewing windows, silicone rubber gaskets, and secure locking mechanisms for leak-proof operation and enhanced safety.
